FARO BEARINGS precision radial-axial bearing
High stiffness, high load capacity and high precision, are the three main product features that FARO is able to grant for any single bearing.
Particular attention during the productive process, dimensional analysis of single pieces, values verification of the frictional torque with assembling simulation in preload, are the basic elements that allow to realize this product even with reduced tolerances, compared to those that normally we find on the market.
Bearing production ranges over the whole standardize range, from FARY50 to FARY1030, leaving space for possible variations, to face customers particular project needs.

This enabled the ISO 9001: 2015 certification process to be completed quickly in October 2017.

Faro has been on the market for special bearings for over 35 years and has recently increased the production reaching 6000 mm. in the external diameter. Radial bearings, axial bearings and high precision slewing bearings with bore dimension starting from 20 mm are entirely produced in Italy by our technical team; the delivery time is very short, even in case of special drawings. We do export and sell all over the world more than 50% of our products either to primary manufacturers and to nal users in different industrial sectors: siderurgical, paper industry, handling, railway, tool machines and more. Our peculiarity is the exibility in the production in order to be able to offer valid alternatives whenever standard products are not available, even in small quantities.

Materials checking Section
The material checking section is responsible to follow the metallurgical tests on the raw material and the individual components.
- Destructive tests with execution of micrographs, macrographs and control of the chemical composition of the material
- Non-destructive testing: by means of ultrasonic, liquid penetrant, micro- hardness measurements and magnetic particle inspections.
The testing section, following the procedures outlined in the Quality Manual, is responsible for performing geometric and dimensional checks during all phases of the production cycle.
The calibration of measuring instruments to carry out the checks, is performed with the aid of a calibration bench SIT.
